Do our systems need APIs?
APIs are often a useful integration method, but they are not the only one. Web or desktop interfaces, files and database connections may be appropriate after reviewing access, reliability and permissions.
What happens when a workflow encounters an exception?
We define exception paths during design. A workflow may pause, retry safely, notify an operator or request human review. The goal is to make unresolved work visible, not silently continue with bad data.
Can automation run unattended?
Some workflows can run on a schedule or event without a person initiating each run. Suitability depends on access, business rules and operational risk. Human review remains part of processes that require judgment.

Yes. We can assess its logic, logging, failure patterns, interfaces and operating environment before proposing scoped improvements.
How do you define scope and timing?
We review the users, systems, rules, dependencies and acceptance criteria before proposing a delivery plan. Timing depends on the agreed scope, access to systems, feedback and third-party requirements.
Can you work with existing systems?
We assess the available APIs, interfaces, access permissions and operational constraints. Where an API is unavailable, other approaches may be possible after a feasibility review. We do not assume every system can be connected.
