HOW WE WORK

A clear process for complex work.

Each stage answers a different question: what matters, what to build, how it should work and how to operate it after launch.

01 / Discover

Understand the business need.

Map users, current systems, constraints and the outcome you want. For automation, observe the process rather than relying only on its idealized description.

02 / Scope

Agree on what the engagement includes.

Define deliverables, acceptance criteria, dependencies and priorities. Identify what requires access, owner decisions or third-party approval.

03 / Design & architecture

Make the important decisions visible.

Design user journeys, interfaces, data flow and integration boundaries. For automation, document business rules and map exception paths.

04 / Build

Implement in reviewable pieces.

Develop the application or workflow using maintainable components and clear configuration. Discuss tradeoffs and surface blockers as they arise.

05 / Test

Validate the routine and the unexpected.

Check real scenarios, permissions, integrations and failure handling. Review the experience with the people who will use or operate it.

06 / Deploy

Prepare the operational handoff.

Plan environments, releases, access and recovery. Application launches may include store submission assistance; platform review remains outside our control.

07 / Support

Choose the right next stage.

Complete documentation and agreed launch support. Continue with optional Application Care or Automation Care, or choose Build & Handoff.

AUTOMATION NEEDS EXCEPTION DESIGN

Map what happens
when the rule fails.

Missing data, expired access and unavailable systems are part of real operations. We define how the workflow responds: pause, retry where safe, notify an owner or ask for review.

The delivery scope includes the controls the process needs. Unattended operation does not mean invisible operation.

WORKING TOGETHER

Communication with
a purpose.

Shared decisions

Identify a business owner and the technical stakeholders needed for access, feedback and acceptance.

Scoped changes

New requirements are reviewed for their effect on scope, cost, dependencies and delivery timing.

Clear completion criteria

Agree on what will be demonstrated, documented and handed over. Support terms belong in the engagement agreement.
